Members agree to

• Treat every member with dignity and respect
• Disagree without harassment
• Act honestly
• Protect member privacy
• Avoid scams, fraud, and manipulation
• Avoid threats, hate, bullying, and exploitation
• Respect professional boundaries
• Share knowledge responsibly
• Use finance and crypto areas for education, not deception
• Avoid spam and unwanted solicitation
• Follow local laws
• Report serious misconduct
• Help protect the Safe Haven
• Remember that no title, profession, wealth level, company, or role places one member above another
• Respect that members may pay one another fairly for honest work
• Understand that helping does not always mean working for free
• Keep free help, paid work, mentorship, learning, employment, and collaboration inside the same equal community
• Treat the person hiring and the person being hired as equal members

The line is drawn at behavior, not belief.

No one is above the rules: not the founder, the oldest member, the wealthiest member, or the most successful member.

Actions may include a warning, temporary restriction, suspension, permanent removal, and a transparent appeal review. Serious threats, fraud, exploitation, or severe harassment may lead to immediate removal.
